Ingredients
Dark chocolate 70%
Green peas
Horseradish powder
Salt Flakes

Preparation
1. Temper the chocolate and make the foundation for petit fours in molds (reserve some for mounting)
2. Mix with horseradish egg white to obtain a pasta texture
3. Peas batter in the batter and let them dry in the oven at low temperature
4. With a drop of chocolate fix two green peas and Salt Flakes on each chocolate base
